2.1. On the portal learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com, the Service Provider shall provide the User with access to the Service to the extent, and in accordance with the procedures laid down in these Terms and Conditions, while the User undertakes to pay for and use the Service, in compliance with the procedures stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. 

2.2. Access to the service is ensured by the allocation of a monthly subscription at the price specified in the User account. The subscription is automatically extended on the same date as the original purchase the following month, unless the user terminates the Subscription by making the required changes to the User account. 

3.1. Configuration of the use of the service is only possible after the User has configured his or her User account on the portal learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com, which specifies the User's personal information, payment method information, as well as other requested information. The Service Provider may decline to accept the information specified by the User if it is not true or if the Service Provider cannot accept payment for the Service using the payment method indicated by the User.

3.2. When configuring your User account, the User has a duty to ensure the following:
3.2.1. Information provided by the User is accurate and true;
3.2.2. The user is entitled to present payment method data;
3.2.3. User access data/password will not be passed to third parties.

3.3. The User can pay for the Service, using the payment tools built into learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners Club, eftpos Australia, and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB). The invoice will be prepared electronically and will be valid without a signature.

3.4. All prices are shown in EUR (euro) and include all intended taxes. The time of payment is considered to be the date when the money is transferred to the Service Provider's bank account.

4.1. Once the purchase payment is deposited into the Service Provider’s bank account, the User will receive confirmation that the purchase has been made via Means of Distance Communication. Access to the purchased Latvian learning programs, study materials, the support of the Service Provider (answers to questions, correction of individual homework assignments) and to the internal communication system "community", where one can communicate with other students using internal e-mail, is provided on the User account after payment has been made. If your User account does not provide the necessary access to the paid program, please contact the Service Provider by Means of Distance Communication.

4.2. The Service Provider shall provide support (answers to questions asked, correction of individual homework assignments, etc.) within 5 (five) business days, in accordance with the business days stipulated in the laws of Latvia, of the date of the submission of the question asked or the completed homework assignment on the portal. The Service Provider is entitled to extend the time period for the provision of answers and correction of homework by another 5 business days. 

4.3. The Latvian language training programs developed by the Service Provider, which is available on the e-learning platform learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com, including but not restricted to all texts, graphics, logos, images, video and audio clips, data collection, visual design and other program contents, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider, which is protected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and international law in the realm of intellectual property protection. The User is not entitled to copy and use the intellectual property of the Service Provider without the Service Provider’s written permission. 

4.4. The user is not entitled to grant third parties the right to access his or her User account and the Latvian language training program developed by the Service Provider, which is available on the e-learning platform: learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com. In breaching the aforementioned provision, the User is not only infringing upon the Service Provider’s intellectual property rights, but also granting access to data contained in the User account, including data regarding its payment tools.

4.5. The User is provided with the opportunity to use the internal communication system "Community", Telegram group chat, and for the performance of mutual communication with the Service Provider and other users of the Latvian learning program, which is available on the e-learning learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com platform. The internal communication system and  Telegram group chat are subject to the following rules: 
4.5.1. The use of vulgar and obscene language is not permitted in the course of communication;
4.5.2. Content which is prohibited by law, including but not restricted to content which is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, racist, sexually offensive, sexist, indecent, pornographic, morally reprehensible or otherwise questionable or banned, must not be posted in communication;
4.5.3. Content that incites violence;
4.5.4. Content that contains advertising for goods and/or services;
4.5.5. You may not pass yourself off as another person;
4.5.6. Do not use as unauthorized a mass communications medium, e.g. “spam” or “junk mail”;
4.5.7. The service provider is entitled to supervise/monitor communications that take place within the internal communication system;
4.5.8. The service provider is entitled to retain copies of any communication that has occurred within the internal communication system;
4.5.9. Upon ascertaining violations of the internal communications system’s Terms and Conditions for use, or other unethical behavior by the User, the Service Provider is entitled to terminate co-operation with the user without providing any explanations regarding termination of co-operation, and without reimbursing the monies paid to purchase the training program. 

The user is entitled to cancel a purchase by contacting the Service Provider within 14 (fourteen) days of making the purchase. If you wish to cancel the purchase, please contact the Service Provider using the Means of Distance Communication specified in these Terms and Conditions, indicating your order number or document confirming proof of purchase.  The Vendor will send the cancellation letter form to the Use by e-mail at the User’s request. The return of money for your purchase can take several business days from the time you announce your wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

6.1. In configuring a User account, the User agrees to the processing (use) of data by the Service Provider and that it will be used to provide Services to the User.

6.2. The Service Provider undertakes to ensure the User’s privacy and protection of its personal data, and further undertakes not to disclose or transfer personal information provided by the User to third parties. 

6.3. When configuring a User account, the User must specify an active e-mail address that is available to the person. When entering required information or drawing up an order, the User certifies that he or she has studied and agrees that the data provided by him or her will be used so that the Service Provider can accept the User's order, payment for the Service can be made, and receipt of the Service can be ensured. When entering information, the User agrees that notifications will be sent to him or her to the specified e-mail, which are related to the processing of the User’s order.

6.4. The User can study detailed information about personal data processing in the Privacy Policy for learnlatvianwithdace.getlearnworlds.com .

All disputes and disagreements that arise during the fulfilment of the service shall be resolved by the Parties by way of negotiation. Matters that are not regulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the Parties in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
